"Claimed it was in stock, then left me hanging"
I placed an order because the site said the item was in stock, but then it just sat there with nothing shipping. Turns out the item wasn’t actually available. that feels wrong, if something isn’t in stock, don’t take people’s money and waste their time.

I reached out to customer service and waited days for a response, but still heard absolutely nothing back. At this point, what a joke. I shouldn’t have to chase a company just to get basic support.

"Shipping was okay... not amazing"
My order did show up, so that was fine, but... yeah, shipping took longer than I expected. The tracking was also kinda slow to update, which made it a little frustrating. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just... not the most reliable experience for me.

I didn’t really feel like it was worth the money. I found the same stuff cheaper somewhere else quickly, so it was a little frustrating to realize I’d almost overpaid.

“No, that's not true. They emailed me promptly. I usually don't write reviews, but because some individuals here are misrepresenting the company, I almost overlooked a fantastic deal with free shipping. The entire experience was excellent from beginning to end. I can't help but wonder why every company on this site is portrayed so negatively.”
